Reader's Digest actually makes a great book of sheet music for Christmas songs. It's spiral-bound, which makes it very easy to use, and has nearly any Christmas song you can imagine!
My copy is pretty old, so I hope you can find one.
Penguin also makes a small book of Christmas carols, including more religious hymns, but it's smaller and more difficult to use. The arrangements are also a bit more boring.

A good music store will have lots, I promise, and at all levels from "big note" to advanced.
If there isn't a store in your area, you're going to have to go online, but even the "Barnes and Nobles" will have some collections, I think, as well as the record stores.
Not quite sure what the question is....
